Accountability. Transparency. Reform.

A public, evidence-driven registry for police encounters — good and bad — so patterns don't disappear and departments can improve.

Verified submissions • Evidence integrity warning • Right-of-reply • Anti-spam fee with waivers

Our Core

Accountability

Reports tie to officers, badge numbers, places, and dates. Evidence hashes protect integrity. Moderation reduces false or malicious claims.

Transparency

Approved reports publish a redacted summary. Departments get a structured right-of-reply that appears alongside the record.

Reform

Open patterns enable training fixes and policy changes. Positive encounters are welcomed and can inform better practice.

How it works

1) Create account & pay $3

We use a small anti-spam fee to deter hoaxes. Need help? Request a waiver.

2) Add incident details

Time, place, officer/department, category, and a clear narrative. You'll see a full-screen evidence warning before any upload.

3) Confirmation & tracking

Get a tracking ID and secure link. Add more evidence or updates later from your private page.

Trust & Safety

Evidence Integrity

Unmissable warning gate; we store file hashes. Edited media may be rejected.

Moderation

Every report is reviewed. Duplicates and spam are filtered, sensitive details are redacted.

Right-of-Reply

Departments can submit an official statement, timestamped and attached to the record.

Privacy

Reporters can publish as "Anonymous." We redact minors, home addresses, and unrelated PII.
